Case:
Replay TV wanted to have an interactive online manual that can assist its customers in setting up their Replay TV boxes with the other hardware units.

Solution:
A start-up company called Gizmo 123 introduced Aloki, then Virtual Wonder Inc. to create an interactive flash piece for the Replay TV site that was called the hook up buddy. This flash movie would allow the user to select the components they had and accordingly show them the step wise configuration and setup process.
